They have to RS to bring in an investor like Canapy growth just did for 275 million dollars, and they will have to RS to apply to uplist.

Otherwise with the financials the way they are and investor interest at a all time low

The PPS will linger for another 2 years at .11 - .45 range give or take a one day spike
