Upgrading to NASDAQ requires 3 years audit.
While most pink stocks do not require an audit, TMPS
is auditing its books to get its financial house in order
to upgrade to NASDAQ. This is great news implied by their
activity in anticipation of future great news being rewarded
defense contracts.
