derivatives/liabilities becoming new shares as equity..

I did say at one point that yes those Pesky derivatives , are yes in fact liabilities...
those liabilities yes in fact becoming equity and converting into new shares....
yes just another way to circumvent the SEC filings of securities registration..
Well let's see at last count there is around $15 million in derivatives/liabilities,was at $18 million, Does anyone remember the IR confirmation that a group was selling 30 million shares, yep you got it, deriatives...

that's why I can wait until financials, because there will be no way to spin this...like I have said it's fun being a fly on the wall...
