How many times does finance have to be explained to you, or how many times does Derek have to say consolidation will be done if there is buyer/or merger. Which they desperately would like to take on after seeing CG get 275 million dollars for 10% of the company.

They would need to consolidate if they tried to uplist as well.

This company's pps has been dead in the water for a long time, because of dilution and toxic financing.

Any smart investor who can break down a quarterly financial report will not invest big money into this company until it consolidates....meaning reverse splits.
