Nice. This shows TRXC must do marketing to raise awareness of their product.

Not knowing about the product proves only one thing - Marketing wasn't done enough. You can easily call 3rd world surgeons and ask about DaVinci, pretty sure they haven't heard of it either.

Btw, 100s asked but only handful reported. You can not make judgement if you don't have a sample size at least of 32. Statistics!

In addition, if one's task is to make judgement whether you like a product or not. First you have to remove the sample that is not aware. If one doesn't know iPhone X, how can you say - They don't like iPhone X?
