The Dream3D and Simpl is an app and platform respectively that can be used for Additive manufacturing data sets.

This is what the representative from Moog was referencing, creating a large Network over DoD and private companies of IP that can be transferred anywhere in the world to send a verified data set to an end user.

Sigma labs offers the ability to find quality data sets through their in- process analysis software, which creates very valuable data sets.

Once you have a viable CAD file and the correlating data set from in process quality assurance monitoring, you then have the ability to print a high-quality part anywhere in the world through this platform.

This app and platform they are referencing maybe open source so that entities are able to begin the collection of data and IP that are willing to either share or have the platform to sell it to an end user.

Users of this platform will still need the hardware and software associated with print Rite 3D or any other softwares this references.

Since print Rite 3D obviously needs the hardware and software installed, there's no way this platform would be giving it away for free.
