Full Alliance Group, Inc. (OTC: FAGI), a holding company, is pleased to announce that after re-engaging Grupo Richard, we have finalized the acquisition of all subsidiaries, technology and real estate holdings associated with Grupo Richard.

Grupo Richard’s legal team approved the final amended agreement on 11-24-2017, and the assets were then transferred into escrow.

The assets which are now part of Full Alliance include nine parcels of land with an appraised net value of $43,995,424 USD and the four companies listed below:
