I called Fidelity 1-800 343 3548 and asked for their international trading desk and spoke with a guy (older gentlemen with a soft voice) and he said that NO They will not be waiving any fees and even if you have Shares over 100,000 you will still be charged .05/per share, he said the fees are from BNY Mellon and that they will be collecting these along with $20 conversion fees...and I am not a fake account here and nothing is made up its all real. I was clearly upset - he said Bank of New York has 500 million ADR's and are set to make 25,000 Million Dollars off of these.
