For everyone not included in the first judgement, and because most of us do not have the money to sue, anyone interested should get the California Attorney General to put together a class action lawsuit with the remaining persons who have been screwed by Carmichaels. We were asked by other Christians, to get involved with Ubiquity, because the company had all the patents and they were going public any day. I watched as buying and selling and changing names of companies, and puffing up prices of the stock was being done. That was during the time, they were asking for more and more money to go public and of course, they never did. I was waiting for the SEC to come down on them, but they never caught it. I do not know much, but it sure seemed sketchy, the things that were being done, nothing seemed right. It has been some time ago, so it is not at the front of my brain. So, if someone wants to go for it, I will try to recollect my memory.
When it seemed they were buying companies, and taking an extraordinary income for a company that was not doing well, and the stock holders received nothing!
It did not make sense, but I did not know what to do.
