Everything with the L-1011s is done and with the escrow agent. However, there were some liens on the aircraft which were released by the FAA. Unfortunately, the Seller’s attorneys did not seek a release from the International Registry. That process is currently underway and we expect it to be resolved very soon. At that point, we will begin the process of ferrying the aircraft from the UK to our facility in Brunswick Maine.


FANS/ADSB is beginning to gear up. We have several proposals out now for bid.
