How to know when dilution is ending...

You can study the charts and look for an obvious curve upward. This will usually be a head fake and you bought into a falling knife.

An active dilutor will almost always (as this one does) have a built in incentive to drive the price lower. You will usually see an attempt by the dilutor to make sure it closes at or near its low of the day. A stock that curls up noticeably in the hour before the close, may be one where dilution is running out.

A more accurate measuring stick is this: Watch the size of the bid. A CD holder will like to sell into a large bid and take out almost all of it. This was still happening until about 2:00 pm market time. When it stops he has probably received all the shares he intends to take for a while. Ie. The incentive to drive it lower is gone and its safe to dip your toe in the water.

When he has all the shares he will receive for a while, he may load up the ask as if to say "come and get em."

Hope this helps. Good luck to all of us.

I will be nibbling tomorrow as I have watched it for a while and signs of the dilution ending are apparent.
