SPY Levitating Just Beneath All-Time High

At mid-session, SPY is flat-lining, but levitating at around 260.20, just beneath its all time high at 260.75. What else is new? No volatility, and certainly no selling pressure on Cyber Monday.
That attached 4 hour chart shows key nearest term support resides at 259.05 to 258.45. Unless that is taken out, we have to expect more upside, towards 261.30 next...
