Wow, it pays to be nice!!!! Just got a call from customer service. I needed a extra box for my bedroom, and need to add two user total of 4 each would be a extra $10 to have 4 users .Also $89 for the box... Well load be-hold... A new box getting shipped today and now have 4 user .. All of this extra was Free!!!! Yes i did say free !!! The service is awesome, He say DVR we will have by The first of the year!!! Wow , Happy customers makes long time Viva Live Tv users!!!! Lets go OTTV $$$$$
