Pichler and Byrnes have had access to all corporate information for at least three years and notwithstanding this fact have stonewalled the proper resolution of the claims advanced by the Plaintiffs in the Statement of Claim and other trade creditors. Further Byrnes, Pichler and others directed by them have threatened, defamed and attempted to intimidate the Currah family through US legal counsel, over social media message boards and internet sites.
