I know a little about patent law. I am an inventor on several patents. Before I retired, I was a technician in a research facility in a fairly large company.

I would suspect that Hydrapharm is legally producing Anatabloc. They must have obtained the rights or permission to do so. If they didn't, they would be opening themselves up to a patent infringement lawsuit. The company I worked successfully sued an international entity that was producing a product that was chemically the same.

It is odd to me that a product from a bankrupt company was reintroduced back onto the market. Hydrapharm would not market Anatabloc unless they could make money on it.

I also wonder if Jonnie Williams is behind the accumulation of shares to gain control over the IP. We have not heard much from him in some time.
