Yeah I was explaining SANP to a guy who used to write LOIs for penny stocks, and he used to mine bitcoin by stacking game devices, anyway I told him about building Canoe Pool America etc and he interrupted me and said he believes they are creating Canoe Pool America to sell to a third party.

He got serious and told me to stay put.

Make your own decisions people and do your own DD but seemed like the most logical explanation to me about all this.
