There is no such thing as the last block of shares, $8.8 million worth of shares remain to be converted and that’s another 30-40 million shares to be dumped on the market. Tops also carries $5 million from the bank financing and that would be just another offering to come soon. Pistiolis is not done with his offerings so there will be no comparison between Tops and Drys. Tops not done diluting while Drys is done for now. Not to mention Dry’s fleet is much bigger than Tops. You that buddy but you have other plans. Lol
