That's where we disagree. How many of their drill ships are still under contract? What are their total assets? The restructuring will not leave shareholders out in the cold. The business continues while they restructure their debt. Time will tell. But as with any investment, never invest more than you can lose. 4 grand is nothing, but can become quite a healthy sum, if the share price moves back to it's average before the down turn. This company will continue and can only grow stronger in time. Good luck to you though. For 30 cents where else can you find the real potential such as this.
