On May 8, 2017 the Company announced it had received a firm commitment from a third party investor for at least $1 million in financing.

This third party initially provided the Company with 3 million common shares of a private company in exchange for 3 million shares of the Company. The 3 million shares of the private company are expected to be exchanged for approximately 3.4 million shares of restricted common stock of Airborne Wireless Networks, where upon the Company will owe additional sums to the investor.

The agreement with the investor allows the Company to pledge the shares received as collateral for up to $1 million in financing for You’ve Got The Part.
