I honestly think he thought price would run back up to a dime or more and then he would do the rights offering. I think he had no idea how stuck he would become because he does not plan ahead properly.

So now he is scrambling trying to figure it out and I hope it involves some serious negotiations to get the hell out of dodge. I don't know what the man expects when he talks about expansion for over a year and does not deliver. Bahrain was the nail in the coffin IMO. Bad Mgt from an inexperienced CEO

* Sometimes I wonder if Gay didn't set him up with the Bahrain failure ???
