Hyper, I did not have the opportunity to finish my thought process Friday evening, but your 3rd paragraph is naive in its presentation.. I had a friends in the 90's that heard the same pitch about Enron, WorldCom, Global Crossing, dot.net this and dot.net that.. I heard analysts say NFLX was garbage, but everyone in my community and their friends and relatives were buying subscriptions. I heard AMZN is never going to compete with big box.. I have a mathematician friend who builds algo's for a trading firm, they have very little understanding of what they're shorting or long, a computer does the work.. I had friends in the bank stocks during the financial crisis, but were comforted by the same institutions that you lavishly praise.. And those same institutions that are supposedly the smartest kids on the block, Lehman, Bear Stearns, where are they today? It would have been a lot worst, if not for the US tax payer..

As investors, with need to first deeply understand what we are invested in, and in some way, understand the modern function of today's market.. In my case, I try to invest in simple products.. PG, PEP.. CYRX was a detour into penny stock land, and I'm sorry I got involved, I was very naive.. Not in my understanding of CYRX, but the overall functioning of penny stocks that trade over the counter.. Luck is the word I associate with CYRX today..

Don't fool yourself.. To understand CYRX and the 2,500 combinations of revenue generation or the inner workings of the technology, how that technology is patched together with different partners for every customer, the technical workings of the dewar, every type of cell that can be shipped in the dewar, impossible.. That's why my prior posting is the only real way to manage expectations..

The one area I tend to agree.. I believe CryoPort's management is doing a great disservice to their shareholders and themselves.. You can say you ship for Merck or BMY, but what are the opportunities? I think CYRX should put the Deuctsche issue to rest. If not, the market will sense and I believe the market is perceiving, CYRX is setting up for another cap raise.. The lack of guidance, the long winded and technical answer to the Cowen question, sounded scripted.. Maybe it's time to give the COO the reigns..
