Look IMO opinion what will happen is yes notes will convert, but abvg is going to see a return on its investment for village tea... we will then loan money to jawea and they too will get into NAU... ALL $ABVG products can be sold at any sodexo location... What will we see on our investment in a few years if all goes to plan? Growth... One thing I can say I am happy about, ABVG is not an LLC... That gives me some faith in the fact that janon is liable... Am I wrong? It takes time for a holding company to gain $$... TIME...
