I couldn't get Bob to tell me if it had been copyrighted or the tech patented when I had first emailed him long ago when I first found out about fazync. He flip flopped on different sites saying first it was patented then it wasn't due to patent thiefs. So when I asked him he went sideways around my questions on it and said I was to check directly with ihsi as to his knowledge they were to put out monthly fazync updates on all pertaining info around the tech. Still waiting on those updates but I think the ball may be rolling. If you have a link or number for me to search into I would love to look at it or I could do some googling on Bob in search index and find it
