Developments in how the patent process is adjusted by SCOTUS in Oilstates for one, then the ramifications (over time) of the future decision as a direct result of those adjustments.

I don't see what Oil States has to do with VPLM vs. Apple, now, after the recent IPR result news. Oil States result does not effect Apple vs. VPLM I wouldn't think, because Apple is beyond the "IPR stays the trial" window during which they could bring another IPR.

While I acknowledge broader possible results from an Oil States decision, I don't see how those effect the VPLM vs. Apple trial.

I agree that monetizing this for VPLM shareholders is still far off.
