I see what you're saying but IMHO MJ prohibition will crumble very quickly, and pretty much on its own. Once CA kicks into gear it's only a matter of time. Congress will have to act on the banking issue and then it'll become apparent that MJ prohibition is unsustainable. Too many states are knee-deep in it, and therefore MJ legalization will get a corresponding representation in Congress.
