Game not sure why because he has bought large when the stock has dropped before. My guess is he may be waiting for a different type of opportunity to purchase. Maybe this is it from an article from a prior post of mine:

"The company is still working off substantial debts incurred during its acquisition spree, which means Opko will probably raise capital through another dilutive share offering that will reduce existing investors slice of any potential profits."

Frost has purchased shares in a multitude of ways from share price INCREASE triggering warrants, daily open market, and or ownership in companies Opko has purchased. All legit and creative ways to absorb control of his final legacy.
