I don't think the DEFORM mentioned in the DREAM3D slides is Sigma's DEFORM.

Based on the subject matter and being mentioned along with ProCAST (ProCAST software is an advanced and complete casting processes simulation tool), I think the slide is more likely referring to SFTC's DEFORM software package, which includes:
