I went on HCEI's website and ordered their Black Coffee product. I just got it in the mail after a few days. 20 packets of instant coffee. I was thinking that it might be like the Keurig cups but it was instant. I guess it's easier to make and you don't need a machine. Hey, you know what? It tastes great! Starbucks has instant too but is waaaaay to acidic. The Healthy Coffee was strong but smooth and not bitter. I don't know anything about the red mushroom and ginseng extract in it but it's interesting that my wife's doctor has been prescribing for my wife's excess acid production and immune system issues a product called "Mushroom Benefits" that seems to be helping with her food allergies. I'm buying more! If this product ever got any decent advertising it would probably really take off.
