It's not going to be something as simple as spoofing financials and filling out simple forms to restart trading like the hjoe principal is fond of tweeting. But more power to em. In their communication with them the SEC has already told HJOE what they need to do to resume trading. :-) In either case, all shareholdings are intact, and we would need to file a form 10 to re-register the shares to allow trading by a broker dealer at any time in the future.
