Well said Orca, I'm in complete agreenace with you here, I think it's a matter of time before they run the price up again these top notch shippers follow the same patterns. Maybe it's hard to catch absolute bottom but I'd rather be in near .40 then have to try and buy 10-20,000 share blocks while this is running above .75++
I still feel we haven't seen TOPS best run for 2017 yet I'm sticking to my 5.00 prediction still (-;
