On August 25, 2017, the Company gave notice of its intent to terminate the license agreement with Columbia University. ?????????

The Company previously entered into exclusive license agreements with several organizations including The Trustees of Columbia University. The license agreement with Columbia University provided the Company with certain rights for the development and commercialization of robotic surgical technology for use in single port surgery.

On August 25, 2017, the Company gave notice of its intent to terminate the license agreement with Columbia University. ?????????
