Not true. There are several SEC and FINRA regs in place on the OTCM, albeit, much less stringent than the major exchanges.

However, we also have something called the Unites States Criminal Code....this keeps most in check or at least, has a chilling effect on many who want to defraud investors.

I also like to gauge validity on market stability. If this was a typical P and D....this would have been BACK IN THE TRIPS a lot longer ago. The market believes we have something here...or at least the potential for something big.
