Sure Hanks has close to $1 million in toxic financing - the guy can't borrow $100k from a conventional lender - but he is supposed to obtain $1 Billion in financing for a refinery.

Do you have any idea how absurd it is to believe that Hanks can obtain even $50 million in financing.

Why would Hanks have a groundbreaking ceremony without the financing in place - the answer is to sell more shares.

Hanks is financing his lifestyle using the money from the toxic lenders.
