Uh...U.S. FEDERAL LAW "trumps" STATE LAW EVERYWHERE IN THESE UNITED STATES...

Try and violate a FEDERAL environmental law in any state in this land, even if it's "legal" per state law- and see what happens, LOL !! Uh...who patrols BLM land inside each state? Uh, that would be FEDERAL POLICE...not "state" sanctioned police. FDA is gonna be no different...congress empowers the FDA via FEDERAL LAWS that span the entire U.S., not the other way around....
