It makes sense. Scandium -- the "umbilical cord" connecting NB & IB:


Good evening Bernice. On this abbreviated day for the US markets, just expanding my view on why this two relatively  young companies will have great dependency on each other: Scandium of course. Just a one person opinion.

Both have their individual challenges, but their futures will depend on how successful their scandium alloy project works out. We are of course waiting for the results.

From previous discussions, Mark has stated that NB wants to obtain a price from scandium beyond the common practice of selling the scandium at a certain price. He wants NB to share, in the value added to the materials produced.

With the very tight relationships between these two companies. I would expect the very first agreement to market the scandium from Elk Creek will be between NB & IB.
