Since it was so long ago and the indictment was about buying debt and selling shares immediately without registration, very unlikely any shares were kept over.

Since then two reverse splits totaling 375,000 to 1. Ouch.

BEST CASE SCENARIO: if they bought all 700m A/S back then and never sold a share: they'd only have approximately 1867 shares to "cancel". In other words, too little and far too late for shareholders to benefit any of the stocks involved.
