I have a problem with the guy who posted a few days ago about any american that bought canadian mmj stock would be charged with money laundering. First of all there is not any law on the books that covers that and if there were the gov would probably go after the broker that sold the stock in the first place. Secondily, the government would lose out on a lot of tax money these transactions would generate once people cashed in on there gains. With the US now twenty trillion in debt they need all the revenue they can get.
