hey buddy, yes , correct on the downturn, and on the PM, I am probably totally wrong, but all I was saying is that sometimes they issues new shares(1-1, 1-2, whatever) of the new company for existing shareholders.....happens not to often, but happens, and maybe not here, but it was just a thought......
