technically they are correct they arent selling shares, its a third party or some note holder that has already been given shares that is dumping.


the numbers they are giving for the a/s and o/s were once true, but since they are dark they dont have to give you the true updated numbers.

when you call the t.a. and they "verifiy" those outdated numbers.... thats the same thing... thats the t.a. telling you the last known info that they also have since company went dark.

its all a lie wrapped up in truth
