VPLM will probably ask for a jury trial, IF it goes to trial which I HIGHLY DOUBT. No juror wants to see the BIG guys step on the small guys, and, the BIG guys lawyers know that regardless what juror's they end up with they can count on several having been screwed over by the BIG guys at least one time. I can almost guarantee that it will be settled out of court. Q is, will VPLM want a group settlement or individual. Will be interesting. I think this ticker is about to shot sky high. With the major shorting in place it could see dollars very quickly.
