Imagine a worst case scenario vplm goes broke fighting, have to file chapter 7 bk. This could create a bidding war in itself for patents in asset sale. Would any of these potential infringers allow another to snag for cheap? Especially if these bidders are all deep pocket hundred billion dollar corporations. Google got jumped in Nortel patents that were supposed to go for $900 mil but got $4.5 in bk sale. Vplm has $30-$40 mil in debt rest goes to shareholders. Obviously I’m no lawyer and this isn’t ideal or likely but makes me feel better about buying under .10. AIMO glta
