Baltic Dry Index close to a 4 year High.2018 will be opened in a storm.

I'm betting on $ESEA one of lowest float among shippers. will hit at least its enterprise value which is $77m a/o today or $8/ share. solid balance sheet and company is expanding.more to come by year-end.
