I have two Sharp 24 inch flat screen TV's (different models) that have gone wonky in different ways. One has a black screen with audio when turned on. If I leave it on for a while, then turn off and back on, it works fine. The other one has moving vertical lines of different colors with audio when turned on, after a while the picture appears properly.

I'm going to do what excel said: Buy new ones (won't be Sharp, though). There are some good deals on 25 inch flat screens this season.
