I am just speculating that the experience with Diana may repeat itself with Tops. Diana shipping had a sudden run after RS and that was the catalyst for all shipping stocks including Tops to run hard. There was no positive news for any of these shipping stocks but extreme market interest, so I think that such interest may take shape again, when Tops reverse splits.
