Average Joe Plan represents aspirations of common people, so it does not have to be perfect. But aspirations of common people make very good starting point. This is the way it should be in any democracy.

On the other hand, are the plans submitted by WS/DC lobbyists like MBA, Milken, and think tanks etc... any where near perfect?
If there were to exists any perfect plans, then FnF consevatorship would not have continued in to the 10 year.

The administration and Congress have not come up with any plans in the last 10 years. FHFA seems to be even far worse, refusing to even say anything about it or honor rule of law.

Any plan based on rule of law and fairness for the benefit of all stakeholders should make it to the top of the list. Common people should go with AJP anytime, given other lobbyists plans which ignore or violate rule of law and fairness.
