Hmmm, our information seems to point us in opposite directions, care to share how you concluded that... because according to my DD, it's due any moment.

The only thing I can think of is if the CEO and company want to wait for the next year, and are withholding whatever from the OTCmarkets people. Just speculating, otherwise the CE removal is due. Either way this is beyond that IMO, at least for me it is.
