Something I don't understand,... all the other trials B-ABSSSI, B-UP, K and P all tweaked the dose level.

Yet I never hear that they might do the same with the B-OM, that is seek an optimum dosage,... if we can get near 80% with the product we are using,.. why not make it stronger,... as there seems to be little of the product that is obsorbed so side-effects do not seem to be a problem.

Also why not swich ans spit 15 times instead of 7,..etc,..

If you look at the hamster pouch data it does say something to the effect of “less frequent dosing was ineffective” if I recall correctly. That likely means your on the right track with improved formulation or more frequent dosing imho.


Months ago I forwarded management some DD that shows how they can greatly increase the surface retention time of Brilacidin vs. just a saline suspension rinse.

I would imagine it’s on their to-do list.
