Great explanation.

We invested because of potential and what they said they would do. I do not believe this is a scam, but the personnel currently running the show do not seem to have a good grasp at it.

They are going to feel the wrath of their investors until they can take this out of penny land. This pink sheet BS is hurting the pps.

May main issue with this company is they do not seem to have another plan to take it out of the pink chit.

Merge or buy out ShutterFly like they said they would (Code F-50....)

Get this out of penny land now. Once that happens then these billion dollar ideas will have some substance...
