It has been confirmed by Peter(for what that is worth) to me by email about 2 weeks ago that there will be an AGM this year.

I think it is a Merkur requirement.Don’t know what would happen to their listing there if they don’t.
Anyone knows how many days notice they have to give?I think in the US is 21 days.
