PBA, For shareholders your idea sounds good on the surface, but looking at their SG&A and the amount of cash plus revenus, their chances of survival are ZERO unless new money comes in. They have a huge cash burn and very little revenue to speak of. They will need every penny to try and survive to the next cash infusion which will cause dilution to the common shareholder. Their only hope is to hook a new investor, otherwise cash will be gone in under 6 months. High burn rate and low profitability will cause a hole unless new cash comes in quickly.
